Void Terms of Use

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Not Medical Advice

Void is a personal wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness practice.

Assumption of Risk

Breathwork and meditation practices carry inherent physical and emotional risks, including dizziness, lightheadedness, and emotional surfacing. By using Void, you voluntarily accept these risks.

Vulnerable Populations

If you have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, are pregnant, or have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or trauma-related disorders, consult a doctor before using this app.

Emotional Surfacing

Consistent meditation practice may surface difficult emotions, memories, or feelings of grief. This is a known and expected effect of deep practice, not a malfunction. Seek professional support if needed.

Crisis

Void is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. Israel: ERAN 1201. US: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988). UK: Samaritans 116 123. International directory: findahelpline.com.

No Guarantees

We make no representation that use of this app will produce any particular outcome – including calm, focus, sleep, or wellbeing. Results vary between individuals. We use language such as "some people find" and "traditionally practiced for" – never "treats", "heals", "cures", or "proven to".

Environmental Safety

Do not use Void while driving, operating machinery, supervising children, or in any situation requiring your full attention. You are responsible for your physical environment during use.

Together Feature

When the Together live session feature is available, it is limited to users aged 18 and older. We do not monitor or moderate live sessions and are not responsible for partner behavior. To report abuse, contact: info@voidmind.app. We do not currently record sessions. If this changes, we will notify users and obtain explicit consent.

Your Account

You can use Void without an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple, with Google, or with your email address, you are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method: we identify your account by it and cannot restore an account you can no longer sign in to. One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else, and do not create an account for someone else. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, Delete All Data, which erases the account and its data from our servers; what we store is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or remove an account that is used to abuse the service or another person.

Age

Void is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are prohibited. If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian must consent to your use of Void and is responsible for supervising it, including the Assumption of Risk and Vulnerable Populations sections above. The Together feature requires users to be 18 or older.

Modifications

We may modify or remove app content, features, or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via in-app notification or updated date in these Terms. Continued use of the app following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by any content in this app, please send a written notice to: info@voidmind.app with the subject line "IP Complaint." Include: (1) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Void for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All software, text, graphics, audio, and trademarks in the app are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or resell any part of the app except as permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Void. In particular, do not: interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure; attempt to access data or areas you are not authorized to access; upload or transmit malware; or use the app to violate the law or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or terminate your access to protect the app or to comply with the law.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded Void from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If from Google Play, Google's applicable terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for Void or for any claims relating to it.

Subscriptions & Tips

Void is currently free. You may choose to make a voluntary one-time tip to support its development; tips are optional, unlock no features, and are non-refundable except where required by law. If we introduce paid subscriptions or in-app purchases in the future, we will notify you in advance. Any subscription will be billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Void and its creators shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising from use of this app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (zero, as it is free).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Void and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are to be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in, and nothing here requires you to bring a claim anywhere that law does not allow. We make no representation that the app is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
