Delete Your Account and Data

App: Void (com.orbendavid.voidapp / com.orbendavid.void)

You can delete your Void data at any time. There are two ways, and you do not need an account for either.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

This is immediate and does not require contacting us.

1. Open Void.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete All Data.
4. Confirm when asked.

This erases your sessions, your recorded mantra, your saved practices, and your settings. If you signed in, it also deletes your account and everything stored on our server.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you already uninstalled the app, or you cannot open it, email us and we will do it for you.

We confirm the request, delete the data, and reply to tell you it is done. This usually takes 2 business days and never more than 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in record.
• Your profile, saved practices, and session history stored on our server.
• Everything Void kept on your device, when you delete from inside the app.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore data after it is deleted.

What Void never stores on a server

Your recorded mantra stays on your device. It is never uploaded, so there is nothing on our side to delete. Removing the app, or using Delete All Data, removes it.

If you never signed in

Void works fully without an account. If you never signed in, we hold no account for you. All your data is on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it.

Anonymous diagnostics

Void collects anonymous crash reports and usage counts that are not linked to your identity and cannot be traced back to you. Because these carry no identifier, they cannot be located per person. They are kept no longer than 90 days and then deleted automatically.
